ABOUT THE POSITION
Nahanni Construction Ltd. is hiring a Head Office Administrator to work from Monday to Friday out of our Head Office in Yellowknife, NT. The Head Office Administrator will provide administrative support to various office functions.
SCOPE
• Work closely with our head office departments, assisting with administrative tasks.
• Assist all management and other administrative staff.
• Assist with travel and accommodation coordination.
• General clerical support to include but not be limited to:
- Filing and scanning
- Data entry
- Answering phones and redirecting calls
- Maintaining office supply inventory
- Handling courier services
- General duties and assistance as needed throughout the office
• Other tasks as needed to be directed by the Office Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
• High school diploma required
• Highly organized and attentive to detail
• Experience working as an Administrator is preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
• SharePoint experience is an asset
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
• Comfortable working under pressure and tight deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
