This is no small task—which is why we’re looking for passionate people to join our team and help propel our work forward to power the possible.

What you’ll do

Reporting to the Associate Director, Donor Experience, you’ll be responsible for contributing to the planning and execution of a variety of industry-leading donor engagement activities that support our Corporate and Community giving programs. Working with our highly collaborative teams, you’ll lead the creation of impactful initiatives that will be meaningful and inspirational to our donors as we strive to exceed expectations in every step of the donor journey. • Utilize your strong writing skills in the development of personalized donor correspondence and communication pieces.
  • Work collaboratively with Foundation teams in the development and management of our volunteer recognition program.
  • Work collaboratively with the Events Experience team and lead the development of recognition events and tour strategies for corporate and community supporters.
  • Oversee the ThankView video stewardship program.
  • Manage and work with the Donor Experience Coordinator.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing & Communications, provide input to social media, ad placement, and digital media strategies, in addition to writing/editing key donor communications to support individual donor recognition plans.
  • Work cross-functionally in the development of key donor focused publications, such as our Annual Report, Endowment Reports, Shine Magazine – with a keen donor-centered lens.
