What does a Client Services Manager do?

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive security strategy for embedded systems, considering industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  2. Foster excellent customer service relationships with clients, tenant users, and staff.
  3. Mentor a team of 10+ and show exceptional leadership qualities.
  4. Take a proactive stance by leading preventative initiatives, conducting security and site assessments, and providing detailed reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs).
  5. Perform in-house site scheduling & maintenance, payroll administration - ability to foster calls after hours in the event of a book off or emergency.
  6. Process vacation, LOA and time off mitigating.
  7. Forecast daily site schedules, and ensure minimal to no overtime and openings.

Qualifications to become a Client Services Manager

A valid Ontario security guard license

WSIB approved first aid and CPR Level C card

Valid G class Drivers License and clean drivers abstract

Minimum 3 years of experience in the security industry, plus supervisory or management experience

Minimum high school diploma

Computer skills (access control and CCTV) and Microsoft Office

Excellent image profile and dress, deportment, and acumen

Excellent command of the English language

Be eligible to work in Canada

Possess superior organization skills
