Position Info:

  • Position: Administrative Assistant
  • Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
  • Wage: $25.00~$26.00/hour (depending on experience)
  • Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
  • Number of Positions: 1
  • 10 days paid vacation per year
  • Extended medical benefits, dental benefits, and vision care

Job Duties:

  • Prepare and proofread correspondence, invoices, and other documents
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries and open and distribute regular mails and emails
  • Co-ordinate the flow of information internally and externally
  • Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Compile and input data and other information
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Greet and direct visitors to appropriate person or service areas
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 1~2 years of related experience is required
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required
