Early Childhood Educator Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Educator Assistant at 121-ALPHABET Montessori. In this role, you will provide support to our experienced educators in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for young children.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in Program Development: Collaborate with educators to design and implement programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
- Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and activities.
- Engage Children in Activities: Plan and lead engaging activities, such as storytelling, singing, and crafts, to promote children's learning and development.
- Support Daily Routines: Assist children in developing good habits, such as eating, dressing, and using the toilet.
- Prepare Meals and Environments: Prepare healthy snacks and arrange rooms or furniture to create a comfortable and safe environment for children.
- Communicate with Educators: Submit written observations and reports to educators and supervisors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Participate in Staff Meetings: Attend regular staff meetings to discuss children's progress, share ideas, and address any concerns.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Certifications: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and CPR Certificate.
