About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team at 121-ALPHABET Montessori as an Early Childhood Educator Assistant. In this role, you will provide support to our experienced educators in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in Program Development: Collaborate with our educators to design and implement programs that promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children.
  • Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and activities.
  • Engage Children in Activities: Plan and lead engaging activities, such as storytelling, singing, and crafts, to promote children's learning and development.
  • Support Daily Routines: Assist children in developing good habits, such as eating, dressing, and using the toilet.
  • Prepare Meals and Environments: Prepare healthy snacks and arrange the classroom environment to promote learning and relaxation.
  • Communicate with Educators: Submit written observations and reports to our educators and supervisors to ensure seamless communication.
  • Participate in Staff Meetings: Attend regular staff meetings to discuss children's progress, share ideas, and address any concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and CPR Certificate.
