Key Responsibilities- Program Development: Design and implement child-care programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of children, promoting their overall growth and well-being.
- Engagement and Activities: Encourage children to express their creativity through various mediums, such as art, music, and dramatic play, while engaging them in activities that foster social skills and emotional intelligence.
- Guidance and Support: Provide guidance and assistance to children in developing essential life skills, including proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits.
- Observation and Reporting: Monitor children's progress and identify potential learning or behavioral issues, preparing comprehensive reports for parents, guardians, or supervisors.
- Collaboration and Communication: Establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and community service providers to ensure a cohesive and supportive environment for children.
- Environment and Safety: Plan and maintain a safe and healthy environment that promotes the well-being of children, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
- Certifications and Licenses: Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate, First Aid Certificate, and CPR Certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience in early childhood education is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Schedule: 30-40 hours per week.
