We are looking for a results-oriented, positive and self-motivated University of Saskatchewan College of Law or Edwards School of Business student to join our Trust Services team on a part-time basis at our office in Saskatoon. Days of the week and hours required will be flexible, though a minimum of 10 hours per week will be required.
The Core Responsibilities Of The Job:
- The upkeep of the Corporate Will and POA files and databases
- The retention and destruction of long-term files
- Report writing to summarize findings and trends within the database
- General administrative support of a broad nature to the operation Estate and Trust and Wills teams at Concentra Trust
- Currently enrolled in a University of Saskatchewan College of Law or Edwards School of Business program, with successful completion of 1-2 years of study in the program
- Interest in financial services, wills and estates, and trust administration
- Keen attention to detail and superior organizational skills
- Computer proficiency with respect to Microsoft Office products and preferably Excel
- Excellent writing and communications skills and being a team player
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Must be willing to work on-site in the Saskatoon office as required with proper COVID protocols and protections in place
