About the team

You will be part of a newly established team working with how we sell personal products online. The team consists of a bunch of talented people with different backgrounds and professions from full-stack and front-end developers, SME (Subject Matter Experts), E-Commerce Manager, Content Manager and Growth Manager.

You will spend your everyday with the team, but you will also be a part of the UX Chapter, with 8-10 other UX Designers. The Chapter is a home base for peer sparring, growing skills, sharing, and developing best practices within expertise.

Besides from your team and the Chapter you will also be a part of our great If Experience Design Community, which consists of 55+ skilled and engaged UX designers, UX researchers, and Service Designers. We all work with digital services and touchpoints for If customers. We design digital services for the full customer journey: learning about and buying insurances, onboarding, being insured and helping our customers recover from an accident or other types of loss. We are many designers in If and we think the best way to learn and improve is by sharing with one another - this is the backbone of our Experience Design Community.

Who are you?
You are a Junior UX Designer with an inquisitive nature that always seeks new opportunities to uncover insights.

We are seeking a designer who is explorative, proactive and loves to test You can create UI designs, set up prototypes and other testing activities in Figma. You like to work in an exploratory environment with conversion point development and exploring new concepts. You enjoy collaborating and you are not afraid of speaking up.

You also have:

  • Relevant higher education, minimum bachelor's degree.
  • You are skilled in working with Figma
  • You are brave and comfortable in testing
  • Good spoken and written English - we work across the Nordics and Baltics
