Job Summary

We are expanding and hiring Senior Sales Executives to join our Ontario Regional Sales team We’re looking for motivated sales 'hunters' who excel at securing new business and are passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences. In this role, you’ll have the freedom to prospect across any industry that aligns with our business, creating a lucrative opportunity to establish a presence in multiple markets.

What you'll be doing:

  • Identify prospects in need of workforce solutions and services.
  • Execute strategic outreach to expand into emerging markets and diverse client sectors.
  • Build lasting relationships with hiring managers across industries, offering both contract and permanent staffing solutions.
  • Drive personal revenue through direct sales efforts, focusing on gross profit generation, meeting revenue targets, and achieving other financial objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Stay current on market trends and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.

What We Need from You:

  • 3+ years of proven sales and business development success within the staffing industry.
  • A true 'hunter' mentality with a goal-oriented, results-driven approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Tenacious, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong drive to succeed.
  • Ability to follow our hybrid work policy – 3 days in-office at any Ontario location (Toronto or Burlington) with option of 2 days working from home.
