**We have an immediate opportunity for a Sales Account Executive - Join our team and be a part of our success**

At Throat Threads Apparel, we would be nothing without our successful sales team. We’re seeking a qualified Sales Account Executive to help us sell branded apparel.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
- Set-up and execution of all seasonal showroom strategy/displays and seasonal selling appointments
- Collaborate with Director of Sales in establishing sales strategies
- Sales forecasting/account projections - monthly, quarterly, annually
- Manage the assigned geographic sales area with to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives
- Monitor sales performance at retail level, report changes in market landscape
- Participate in establishing budgets for travel, trade show, and marketing plans
- Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
- Inventory management and forecast needs
- Coordinate with other sales reps to ensure company quotas and standards are being met, performing market research and regular competitor monitoring

**Experience and Education**:

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
- Personal integrity
- Ability to travel at least 25% of the time to customer locations and events throughout Canada
- Education in business administration or sales management is an asset
- Strong organizational skills & Microsoft Excel skills
