As we continue to expand, we're seeking a dynamic HR Manager to join our team in Stouffville.
Job Description: HR ManagerAre you smart, adaptable, and passionate about enhancing employee experience? We're looking for an HR Manager to cover a one-year maternity leave and then perhaps stay on to help us further develop our HR impact across our growing business ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute HR strategies that promote a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Lead and manage our HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance.
- Partner with business leadership to understand unique business needs and develop HR solutions that drive organizational success.
- Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs aligned with business objectives.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years progressive experience as an HR Business Partner or Manager.
HR certification preferred.
Previous experience in consulting, project management, or civil construction environment.
Strong knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
