Job Description

As the Coordinator, you'll be responsible for:

  1. Providing high-quality client service to our Financing team
  2. Resolving core issues, preparing client proposals, letters of intent, contracts, obtaining needed signatures, and following up with clients
  3. Actively participating in portfolio development by identifying funding opportunities and developing creative solutions to meet client needs
  4. Conducting pre-qualification and risk rating assessment activities for existing and potential financing clients
  5. Contributing to marketing efforts by organizing events, campaigns, activities, preparing marketing communications, and providing on-site logistical support

Requirements
  • Self-Identify as First Nations, Metis, or Inuit
  • Strong oral/written communication skills
  • Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in Accounting, Business, or a related field
  • Able to analyze and interpret financial statements
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Eager to work within a team or independently
  • Proficient using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Bilingual in French and English
