As an Operations Project Coordinator you are responsible for handling internal operational functions, leveraging your skills and drive to ensure that our dynamic Field Team is supported. You have a passion for the wireless industry and are excited to work with the Operations Team to ensure our ongoing success.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of all maintenance actions for Kiosks, including, but not limited to, hardware ordering, hardware/parts inventory management, fulfillment, and invoice tracking.
  • Vendor relationships, working with vendors and stores to coordinate maintenance.
  • Manage kiosk parts inventory. Monitor usage by store, track trends, and maintain optimal inventory levels in order to fulfill store requests as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local municipality bylaws and maintain current and up to date business licensing.
  • Work with our internal operations system, Intelocate, for all maintenance, hardware, uniforms, password resets, and other areas as required.
  • Work with the Operations Manager for the Intelocate system within our store support team, and leverage cross functional relationships to ensure collaboration and compliance.
  • Work onsite for New Store Openings and Store Relocations

  • Diploma or degree in Business Management, or equivalent experience an asset
  • Experience in Project Management and/or Vendor Management an asset
  • Valid Divers License and/or access to transportation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
