The successful individual will be responsible for:
- Answering Phone Calls/Voicemails
- Responding to Emails
- Filing
- Completing Documents such as leases and notices, etc.
- Scheduling
- Other Duties as Necessary
This individual must have excellent organizational and time-management skills as well as the ability to perform under pressure when faced with deadlines or unforeseen obstacles. You must be a team oriented multi-talker with a can-do attitude and strong customer service skills. Property Management experience or knowledge of the business will be considered an asset. Salary for this position will be based on experience and skill level. Fluency in both French and English would be considered an asset.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
