Vous serez chargé(e) d'atteindre les KPI définis pour les opérations de service dans le cadre des politiques de l'organisation, de maintenir la satisfaction des clients en assurant la livraison d'un travail de qualité dans le respect des délais et du budget, et de garantir un environnement sûr et propre conformément aux politiques et procédures SHEQ.

Vos principales activités seront

  • Travailler en partenariat avec les ventes pour développer et protéger le segment des services de l'entreprise, ainsi que surveiller et analyser les mesures de service et les indicateurs clés de performance (ICP) qui s'alignent sur les objectifs de l'entreprise et les accords de niveau de service.
  • Soutenir le département des services dans divers domaines, notamment le recrutement, la programmation, la gestion des performances, les relations avec les employés, la formation et le développement, l'encadrement et la motivation des subordonnés directs.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le personnel de service et de vente de CTS (Compressor Technique Service) pour tous les travaux de réparation relevant du plan de service et du prix fixe.
  • Veiller à ce que les travaux en cours dans l'atelier et sur le terrain soient coordonnés et achevés de manière structurée et à ce que les travaux d'entretien soient effectués conformément aux spécifications et aux lignes directrices du fabricant.
  • Gérer le budget annuel du département, en examinant les coûts et l'utilisation associés et en veillant à ce que les dépenses soient conformes aux objectifs fixés.
  • Communiquer et rencontrer les clients et les grands comptes tout au long de l'expérience de service, répondre à toute escalade des clients et assurer le suivi des résultats de l'enquête NPS afin de maintenir un niveau élevé de satisfaction de la clientèle.
  • Veiller à ce que les zones de service, les stocks de pièces et les zones de stockage soient propres, organisés et bien entretenus conformément aux normes en matière de santé, de sécurité et d'environnement.

  • Votre expérience de la gestion ou de la supervision d'une équipe de service
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite en anglais et en français.

  • Votre connaissance approfondie de Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) et votre capacité à utiliser des ordinateurs
