Service Operations Manager

About the Role: As a Service Operations Manager at Cintas, you will be responsible for supervising a team of service professionals who provide customer service, sales, and product delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to hire, train, and evaluate team members. You will also be responsible for driving a company vehicle and assisting with lifting and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Customer Service: Supervise team members in providing excellent customer service, sales, and product delivery.
- Team Management: Hire, train, and evaluate team members to ensure they meet the high standards of Cintas.
- Operational Efficiency: Drive company vehicles to customer sites and assist team members with lifting, carrying, and walking in and out of customer accounts.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Licensing: Valid driver's license in good standing
- Driving Requirements: Ability to meet Provincial requirements for driving a regulated vehicle weighing over 10,000 lbs
Preferred Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience in an industrial or service industry setting
- Customer Service: Proven customer service skills in an industrial or service industry setting
- Training and Instruction: Training or instructor experience in a related field
