Food Service Operations Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Compass Group Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food service facilities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective food service delivery.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Quality and Safety: Maintain high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of food service operations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of food service professionals to achieve exceptional results.
Requirements:
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in food service operations or a related field.
- Certifications: Food Service Manager Certification.
- Skills: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word, Spreadsheet, Basic Security Clearance.
