Food Service Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Operations Manager to join our team at Compass Group Canada.
Job Summary:The Food Service Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service facilities, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are delivered to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate the performance of team members and provide feedback for improvement.
- Cost products and services to ensure that our clients receive the best value for their money.
- Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our facilities are well-stocked and that we can meet the demands of our clients.
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment for our team members and clients.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies to ensure that we receive the best prices and quality products.
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities to ensure that we meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
- Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our services and attract new clients.
- Leading/instructing individuals to ensure that our team members have the skills and knowledge they need to succeed.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide customer service to ensure that our clients receive the best possible experience.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our facilities are running smoothly and efficiently.
- More than 20 people under supervision.
- Food service manager certification.
- Basic security clearance.
- MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Word, and Spreadsheet skills.
