Apple Sales Specialist

About the Role:

As a Apple Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing customer relationships, driving vendor initiatives, supporting partner enablement activities, and managing vendor pipelines. You will act as a subject matter expert (SME) on products and programs, focusing on partner growth and empowerment through proactive outreach, deal closure, and relationship expansion.

What You'll Do:
  • Cultivate and maintain customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support, acting as a primary point of contact for consultations.
  • Collaborate with vendors to develop and execute strategic initiatives that foster business growth.
  • Support partner enablement through vendor training as an SME and guidance on product knowledge.
  • Manage the vendor pipeline, from lead identification and qualification to progressing opportunities through the sales cycle.
  • Coordinate internally for timely follow-up and accurate reporting on vendor-related activities.
  • Develop expertise in vendor offerings, industry trends, and provide guidance to the sales team.
  • Analyze data to identify improvement areas and implement effective strategies.

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Clear and effective communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse identities.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Adaptable to change and quick to learn new systems and technology.
