Job Title: Operations Manager (Diagnostic Medical Imaging & Specialist Clinics)

Location: West GTA & Hamilton Area

Salary Range: $70K-90K annually based on experience

We assist our esteemed client, a network of over 10 diagnostic imaging and specialist clinics in West GTA, in their search for an Operations Manager. Our client is dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services to the community and seeks a dynamic individual to oversee operations across multiple clinic locations.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will possess strong critical thinking skills, high energy, and a proven ability to manage operations effectively within a clinic environment. This individual will implement and maintain existing systems and playbooks across all locations, ensuring service delivery consistency and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations across all clinic locations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to established protocols.
  • Develop and implement standardized procedures and protocols across all clinic locations.
  • Manage clinic staff, including administrative personnel, medical professionals (doctors, nurses, technologists), and support staff.
  • Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate with HR for recruitment, training, and development of clinic staff.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and healthcare standards.
  • Act as a liaison between clinic staff and upper management, communicating issues, concerns, and suggestions for improvement.
  • Maintain inventory levels and coordinate procurement of supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Address patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinic management or healthcare administration.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and managing teams.
  • Fully licensed and experienced working in a clinic environment alongside medical professionals.
  • Access to reliable transportation for travel between clinic locations.
