Primary Objectives:
The Inspections Services Coordinator position is located at the company's head office in Toronto. Reporting to the Director, Inspections Department, this role will coordinate all activity related to scheduling site visits for our nationwide field staff.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and coordinating visits with Clients for our field staff (Inspections team).
  • Responsible for creating and analyzing work orders.
  • Obtaining basic information from Clients, and ensuring the Client contact information is up to date.
  • Providing direct support to the Inspection Department on other administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Secondary School Education or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of proven experience in scheduling, administrative support, or related roles preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in using office systems (e.g., MS Office suite, scheduling software, etc.).
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
