Overview:
The primary responsibility of the Inspection Coordinator is to assist the Inspection Team Leads with scheduling Vehicle Inspectors efficiently and effectively. Resolves issues and conflicts that arise during the course of performing duties and ensures escalation of more complex issues as needed. Assists with onboarding and offboarding Inspectors to include disbursement/collection of equipment, other resources. May perform audits and recommend and assist with re-training. Performs other, job-related activities as needed to support the business.

**Responsibilities**:
What You Will Do:
- Schedule and dispatch assignments to Inspectors- In collaboration with the Regional Inspection Manager, establish the most efficient routes for Inspectors-
- Build and maintain customer satisfaction with the products and services offered by the organization; provides excellent service to internal and external customers- Provide recommendations for system and process improvements- Assist with audits of inspections- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications:
What You Will Need:

- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of office or customer service experience required
- 2 years of Logistics or Dispatching experience strongly preferred
- Experience with Zoho or CRM platform is a plus
- Problem solving aptitude to meet challenges with resourcefulness and innovative approaches
- Must be detail-oriented, ability to provide exceptional customer service and be dependable

The base pay range for this full-time position is $50,000.00 - $53,000.00, and this role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments. Your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition, our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
