Sales Director:

Our client is searching for a Sales Director to help them transform their business through disciplined execution. A successful candidate will bring in new business through referral and lead generation and be responsible for managing the accounts in a well-established, vibrant practice. They will be enthusiastic about sales and developing new relationships.

Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Develop new relationships with business owners and C-Suites of mid-sized companies leading them through a discovery process
  • Retaining our existing client base through ongoing interaction and check-ins
  • Capitalize on expansion sales opportunities with existing clients
  • Consult with the service delivery team as they work to transform the clients they are supporting
  • Participating in relevant marketing activities including involvement in business and trade associations, planning and executing marketing events, and being active in social media
  • Developing and nurturing referral opportunities with clients and strategic partners
  • Working with the CEO and other Practice Directors for the success of all markets.
Your strengths include:
  • 10+ years of business development experience ideally in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Degree or Diploma in Business or Accounting
  • Proficient Computer knowledge, specifically in Hubspot, MS Office, and various social media platforms
  • Strong background in formal and informal presentations
  • A skilled approach to handling objections in the sales process
