¢ Manage the multi-country ESPP platform and vendor relations â€
¢ Supervise LTIP program administration and budgeting â€
¢ Coordinate annual reports for executive and Board reviews â€
¢ Contribute to M&A strategy and integration processes â€
¢ Drive governance improvements through compliance reviews
Requirements:

¢ Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related â€
¢ Minimum of 12 years in Compensation or Benefits â€
¢ Proven experience with ESPP and LTIP management â€
¢ Excellent analytical, judgment, and presentation skills â€
¢ Proficient in English; French is an asset Your leadership will shape WSP's compensation landscape and enhance its market position.
