Position Overview
AIR MILES is going through a Brand transformation – focusing on how we can bring More Miles to Collectors so they can redeem them for the Moments that matter. As part of this, we are looking for a technical marketer with experience creating marketing journeys designed to align customer experiences with business objectives.
As a member of the MarTech Capabilities team, you will drive the enablement of a scaled customer journey marketing practice at AIR MILES.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with marketers, marketing operations, and technology teams to design, develop, and maintain the implementation of customer journeys within Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Support the maintenance of integrations between real-time marketing tools and external systems and launch new integrations in collaboration with architecture and software development teams.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Operations Data Lead to define requirements for schemas and datasets in Adobe Experience Platform that will enable customer journey marketing.
- Establish frameworks for delivering timely marketing at scale—leveraging automation and minimizing manual intervention—and share frameworks with collaborators across Marketing Operations.
- Become a subject matter expert in scaling timely, sequenced marketing communications across a range of use cases
- Develop templates/playbooks as needed to translate proof-of-concepts into capabilities that can be leveraged across teams
- Document and share knowledge across Marketing Operations team to upskill department’s ability to deliver marketing content in a customer journey context
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4-6 years of related work experience in a technology-driven marketing environment.
- Experience working with marketing technology applications such as Customer Data Platforms (CDP), outbound marketing tools (email & push notifications), and data collection libraries for digital properties (Websites and mobile apps)
- Experience using Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Journey Optimizer is preferred
- Comfortable collaborating with technology and data engineering teams to manage the orchestration of data and activities across multiple interconnected systems
- Experience leveraging APIs to fetch and send data in real time within a marketing environment is preferred
