Reporting to the Director, Talent and Culture, you will be accountable for managing the development and delivery of organizational effectiveness activities and initiatives, including, employee engagement, leadership development and succession management.
In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering closely with leaders across Supply Ontario (SO) to deliver and optimize culture initiatives to drive employee engagement, enhance connectivity, and help employees understand SO's values and culture strategy.
- Developing and implementing key initiatives (leadership development, succession management and employee engagement strategies) to promote and achieve a culture of high performance.
- Supporting the annual performance management process that supports talent in achieving SO’s business priorities and enables leaders to make informed performance-based decisions.
- Supporting the development and implementation of a range of learning and development programs, services and initiatives aimed at fostering excellence in SO’s executives, leaders and employees and achieving SO’s strategic and business priorities.
Successful candidates will demonstrate the following:
- Proven and demonstrated experience in the provision of expertise and advice in all facets of human resources to support strategic business requirements.
- Specialized experience in leading and implementing such organizational effectiveness programs or Initiatives as: employee engagement; succession planning; and learning and development/leadership development.
- Knowledge of organizational effectiveness strategies and theories.
- Proven experience in collaborative and influential partnering with executive leadership as well as HR cross-functional partners.
