Growth Marketing Manager

Our tech client is looking for a Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing Manager to join their team on a fulltime basis. This will be remote if you live in Toronto, and hybrid if you live in Vancouver.
What you will be doing as a Performance Marketer:
- You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to increase the company's revenue, user base, and brand presence.
- Analyzing user behavior and conversion data to identify areas for growth.
- Developing strategies to increase reach and engagement through marketing campaigns, such as email, social media, and SEO.
- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of growth initiatives.
- Using Google Analytics to track, record and report performance metrics.
- Making recommendations based on campaign performance and metrics.
- Working with internal and external teams to drive marketing objectives and align affiliate marketing efforts.
Skills needed:
- 6+ years of experience in Performance marketing, Growth marketing, Paid Media etc.
- Client-side or start-up experience is preferred
- Expertise with paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, affiliate, CRO, and SEO.
