What you will be doing as a Performance Marketer:
  • You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to increase the company's revenue, user base, and brand presence.
  • Analyzing user behavior and conversion data to identify areas for growth.
  • Developing strategies to increase reach and engagement through marketing campaigns, such as email, social media, and SEO.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the performance of growth initiatives.
  • Using Google Analytics to track, record and report performance metrics.
  • Making recommendations based on campaign performance and metrics.
  • Working with internal and external teams to drive marketing objectives and align affiliate marketing efforts.
Skills needed:
  • 6+ years of experience in Performance marketing, Growth marketing, Paid Media, etc.
  • Client-side or start-up experience is preferred.
  • Expertise with paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, affiliate, CRO, and SEO.
