Our tech client is looking for a Performance Marketing or Growth Marketing Manager to join their team on a fulltime basis. This will be remote if you live in Toronto, and hybrid if you live in Vancouver. What you will be doing as a Performance Marketer:You will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to increase the company's revenue, user base, and brand presence.Analyzing user behavior and conversion data to identify areas for growth.Developing strategies to increase reach and engagement through marketing campaigns, such as email, social media, and SEO.Monitoring and reporting on the performance of growth initiatives.Using Google Analytics to track, record and report performance metrics.Making recommendations based on campaign performance and metrics.Working with internal and external teams to drive marketing objectives and align affiliate marketing efforts.Skills needed:6+ years of experience in Performance marketing, Growth marketing, Paid Media etc. Client-side or start-up experience is preferredExpertise with paid search, paid social, display, retargeting, affiliate, CRO, and SEO.
