Job Description

  • Location: Montreal or Oakville
  • Start Date: As soon as possible
  • Length of term: 12 Months with high possibility of extension
  • Work schedule: 40 hours/week
  • Work mode: Hybrid (a minimum of 2 days/week onsite is required)


We currently have an exciting opportunity as a Senior Program Manager responsible for organizational change management, communications and training. This role can be based in Oakville (Ontario) or Montreal (Quebec) offices and reports to the Senior Program Director.

Principal responsibilities

Team Management:


Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team responsible for organizational change management, communication, and training activities related to the deployment of a new ERP solution

Optimize the allocation of resources to meet program objectives efficiently.


Change Management Strategy:


Develop and lead the overall change management strategy for the ERP program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Formulate plans to address resistance, drive adoption, and foster a positive change culture.


Communication Planning and Execution:


Design and implement a comprehensive communication strategy, establishing clear channels for disseminating information at all levels.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and transparent communication regarding program objective, progress, and changes.


Training Program Leadership:


Provide strategic direction for the development and execution of training programs, ensuring that stakeholders are equipped with the necessary skills for the ERP system.

Ensure Learning/Training programs are aligned to ERP Connect program Objectives, Operational constraints, and production efficiency targets.

Ensure Program training curriculum, environments, materials, and modules are provided in time and with the adequate level of quality.


Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management:


Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their perspectives, and addressing concerns proactively.

Collaborate with business leaders to ensure that change initiatives align with the organization’s strategic vision.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:


Work closely with project managers, IT, HR, and other departments to ensure a unified approach to program objectives.

Foster collaboration and communication across teams to create a cohesive implementation environment.


Performance Metrics and Evaluation:


Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of change management, communication, and training initiatives.

Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the impact of the program on organizational performance.

Provide adequate status review and reports on Change Management and Training overall progress, risks, and issues.


Continuous Improvement:


Identify opportunities for process improvement and refinement of change management methodologies.


Requirements and qualifications

  • Proven 15–20+ years of experience as a Senior Program Manager – Program Change Management & Communications.
  • Ability to lead a team of 10–20+ cross-functional team members.
  • Ability to liaise with business and cross-functional team members.
  • Ability to present and communicate effectively to C-Level executives.
  • Strong organizational and project management abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field.
  • The successful candidate must be proficient in English, as the role involves working with resources outside of Quebec.
