Reporting to the AVP & Chief Organizational Excellence Officer, the Director, Organizational Change Management (the "Director"), engages with leaders across the organization to conceptualize and implement a comprehensive organizational change management strategy. The incumbent focuses on leading organizational change management initiatives for key organizational projects. The incumbent also guides the development of tools and resources and provides guidance and support to foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement. In addition, the position includes monitoring the impact of change initiatives through metrics and benchmarking.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Engages with leaders across the organization to conceptualize and implement a comprehensive organizational change management strategy using change management best practices and aligning with institutional objectives.
- Leads change management initiatives for various key organizational projects, including the development of a project specific change management strategy including stakeholder engagement, communication, guidance and support.
- Guides the development of resources/tools and provides guidance and support to foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
- Operational leadership of the unit including hiring, leadership and management of staff. Aligns budgets/resources to deliver on initiatives. Prioritizes relevant projects and coordinates the workload of the team. Monitors project deliverables and meets deadlines.
- Determines a process and then monitors the impact of change initiatives through metrics and benchmarking.
- Performing other duties as required.

You have the skills and knowledge to work with an increasingly diverse student and staff population as well as a proven commitment to anti-oppression, equity, and inclusion.

You enjoy balancing many different tasks, staying **organized** and **planning** and have the ability to integrate multiple streams of information, **prioritize** and track multiple projects to meet a demanding workload and keep things running smoothly.
- 4-year Bachelor’s degree in Business or Psychology or other relevant programChange Management certification (preferably Prosci) is required
- 7+ years in-depth experience as a senior practitioner with sound change management experience within a large, complex organization
- Solid working knowledge of database software
- Experience with research, analysis and synthesis of information
- Experience with political sensitivity and awareness; discretion, tact & diplomacy, including considerations around EDI
