  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Establish work schedulesSupervision
  • 5-10 peopleSupport for newcomers and refugees
  • Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.)
  • Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees Support for Indigenous people
  • Facilitates access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers
  • Work Term: Permanent

  • Hours: 40 hours per week
