  • Soutenir l'équipe d'apprentissage et de développement.
  • Coordonner les sessions de formation en direct, virtuelles et enregistrées.
  • Vous serez en contact avec les employés de Harris pour toutes les questions relatives à l'apprentissage et au développement.
  • Programmer, suivre et animer les sessions de formation.
  • Créer des communications écrites pour commercialiser les opportunités de formation et de développement pour la croissance.
  • Soutenir l'équipe chargée de la conformité en ce qui concerne le calendrier annuel de formation et la programmation des formations dans le système de gestion de l'apprentissage (LMS).
  • Effectuer des évaluations et contrôler la réaction des employés à la formation.
Le candidat idéal
  • Expérience de la technologie des ressources humaines.
  • Bilingue de préférence (français et anglais ou allemand et anglais).
  • Expérience de la création et de l'animation de formations ; préférence pour l'expérience de la voix off et de la traduction de formations enregistrées.
  • Compréhension des méthodologies et des outils de formation efficaces.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite
  • Capacité à agir avec discrétion, à maintenir la confidentialité et à adopter un comportement professionnel.
  • Doit être capable de gérer des tâches multiples, d'établir des priorités, de travailler de manière autonome et de créer des situations gagnant-gagnant.
  • Maîtrise de MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point et Outlook).
  • La préférence est donnée à l'expérience de Workday et de LMS.

Learning and Development Coordinator

How you will add value
  • Support the learning and development team.
  • Coordinate live, virtual and recorded training sessions.
  • Laisse with Harris employees for all Learning and Development questions.
  • Schedule, track and moderate training sessions.
  • Create written communication to market Learning and Development Opportunities for growth.
  • Support compliance team with annual training calendar and scheduling trainings in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Conduct evaluations and monitor employee response to training
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience with HR technology.
  • Bilingual preferred (French and English or German and English)
  • Experience creating and facilitating training; preference for experience with voice over and translation of recorded training.
  • Understanding of effective training methodologies and tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to act with discretion, maintain confidentiality, and a professional demeanor
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks, prioritize, work autonomously and build win-win situations.
  • Proficiency with MS Office 365 (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Outlook).
  • Preference given for Workday and LMS experience.
