Operations Manager Operations Manager

EnerStar Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimize the operations of our Starlink Division. As a key leadership role in a rapidly expanding division, this position requires a strong cultural fit, a passion for technology, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Job Summary

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operational planning, execution, project management, logistics, and supply chain management. This individual will ensure operational excellence, driving growth, and contributing to the success of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of operational planning, execution, project management, logistics, and supply chain management.
  • Team Building & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work culture and promoting collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving & Decision-Making: Identify and resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Sales Collaboration: Partner with the sales team to ensure operational capabilities align with client promises, contributing to increased sales and gross profit.
  • Compliance & Vendor Management: Maintain a strong understanding of industry regulations and ensure compliance across operations.
  • Financial Management: Oversee budget preparation, financial forecasting, and cost management to ensure operational activities stay within budget and contribute to the division's financial health.
  • Technology & Systems Management: Ensure the effective use of technology and systems to streamline operations and improve productivity.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks to operations and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Customer Service & Satisfaction: Oversee the quality-of-service delivery to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement & Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategies that drive operational improvements and support long-term growth.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and provide opportunities for team members to develop new skills and competencies.
  • Sustainability & Environmental Responsibility: Implement and promote environmentally sustainable practices within operations.
  • Change Management: Lead and manage changes in processes, systems, or organizational structure to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and customers to drive collaboration and ensure transparency.
Requirements
  • 7+ years progressive Operations Management experience
  • Proven Operations Management experience
  • Strong understanding of P&L's and business acumen
  • Proficiency in MS Windows / MS Office 365, particularly Excel and Teams
  • CRM experience is preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to build and lead teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively across functions
