About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Manager to join our Heritage Division team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory, market segment, and supplier brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with on-premise customers to cultivate customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Analyze and optimize sales strategies to achieve assigned monthly quotas and placement objectives.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of the total territory and each account to identify priority selling and promotional opportunities.
  • Implement and maintain accurate records of sales, competitive activity, and payment performances of all accounts in assigned territory.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments through regular sales meetings, on-site training, and winery/distillery tours.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required; a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Valid and current driver's license required.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office Suite and Customer Relation Management (CRM) systems.
  • Goal-oriented and assertive individual with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
