Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure the effective execution of business processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and senior leaders.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, identifying and mitigating risks to protect the business and its stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business growth and developing high-performing teams.
  • Education: Post-secondary degree in a related field of study, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Licensing and Certification: Must meet the licensing and certification requirements for the team/location/jurisdiction where the mandate is being fulfilled.
