Job Title: Chief Financial Officer - Strategic Leader for Goods Production, Utilities, and Construction

About the Role:

Thiara Construction and Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Officer to lead our financial and administrative functions. As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for allocating resources, coordinating work, and establishing financial and administrative controls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.

Support for Diverse Groups:

  • Recruit newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses, and organizations.
  • Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities.

Work Environment:

  • Permanent employment.
  • English language.
  • 30 hours per week.
