About the Opportunity

BCI is seeking a seasoned investment professional to drive sustainable growth and lead the development of innovative products and solutions for institutional clients. As a key member of the leadership team, the successful candidate will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with diverse stakeholders, identifying business development and partnership opportunities, and executing on growth strategies.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement BCI's growth strategy, focusing on product development and innovation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
  • Identify and pursue business development and partnership opportunities in the Canadian pension and investment space.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development and implementation.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships to grow the business and gain support and approvals on strategic direction.

Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving growth and innovation in the investment industry.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and execute business development and partnership strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of BCI's governance, clients, and the BC pension and investment ecosystem.

  • Annualized base salary range of CAD $224,000 to $260,000.
