A summer intern opportunity awaits a motivated student at our Calgary office, beginning in May 2025, for an approximate 4-month term. This is a temporary, full-time, hourly-paid position reporting to the Manager, Compensation.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist with various compensation projects related to our Nitrogen, Phosphate, Potash, Corporate, and Commercial business units.
  • Support the compensation teams by providing consultation and completing data analysis in the context of salary and pay equity reviews.
  • Participate in market pricing exercises and review and evaluate job descriptions.

Requirements:

  • Currently completing 3rd year in an undergraduate business program (or equivalent) at an accredited post-secondary institution.
  • Pursuing an HR or Finance career.
  • Excellent Microsoft Suite knowledge, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities and working in a team environment.
