Workday Change Manager Job Description

At EllisDon, we're committed to delivering great careers to our employees and developing creative solutions for complex problems. As a Workday Change Manager, you'll play a key role in leading and managing organizational change initiatives related to the Workday implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage organizational change initiatives to ensure a smooth Workday implementation.
  • Collaborate with the implementation partner, project team, and cross-functional leads to identify business impacts and track KPIs.
  • Develop and implement change management plans that align with project goals and objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with organizational change initiatives.
  • Develop communication strategies to engage stakeholders throughout the implementation.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure change initiatives align with business requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and project managers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or equivalent practical experience in an ERP change manager role.
  • 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.
  • ERP/HRIS implementation experience required, with a proven track record of successfully leading and managing change initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives.
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
