Job Summary
As a Workday Change Manager, you will lead and manage organizational change initiatives related to the Workday Implementation.
- Develop and implement change management plans that align with project goals and objectives.
- Work closely with the implementation partner, project team, and cross-functional leads to identify business impacts and track KPIs to measure outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with organizational change initiatives.
- Develop communication strategies to ensure that stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the implementation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or equivalent practical experience in an ERP change manager role.
- 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.
- ERP/HRIS Implementation experience is required, with experience in Workday, Oracle, Peoplesoft, UKG, SAP, etc.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives.
