Workday Change Management Specialist

At EllisDon, we are seeking a highly skilled Workday Change Manager to lead and manage organizational change initiatives related to our Workday implementation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage organizational change initiatives to ensure successful Workday implementation.
- Collaborate with the implementation partner, project team, and cross-functional leads to identify business impacts and track KPIs.
- Develop and implement change management plans that align with project goals and objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with organizational change initiatives.
- Develop communication strategies to engage stakeholders throughout the implementation.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure change initiatives align with business requirements.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees have necessary skills and knowledge.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership and project managers.
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related field.
- ERP/HRIS implementation experience required, with experience in Workday, Oracle, Peoplesoft, UKG, SAP, etc.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and managing change initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in change management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall.
