**Job Summary:** Deliver safe, effective, patient-centered nursing care to patients in Transitional Care - Level EB 2BD, reporting to Clinical Manager, as a member of the interdisciplinary team.

Program: Transitional Care - Level EB 2BD

POSITION TYPE: Permanent, Part-time, Rotation (Day/Evening), 30 hours / pay period, 0.4 FTE

SALARY SCALE: $34.702 to $35.965 per hour

What would my role be?

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, you will deliver safe, effective, patient-centered, ethical and evidence-based nursing care to patients according to scope of practice and in accordance with Bruyère policies, procedures and standards and with the College of Nurses of Ontario standards.

How do I qualify?

  • Successful completion of RPN medication administration course or equivalent
  • Valid certificate of registration from the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) Level C certificate
  • Fluent in French and English

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in rehabilitation, geriatrics, Alternate Level of Care (ALC) and/or working with patients with dementia
  • Gentle Persuasion Approach (GPA) training
  • Membership in Registered Practical Nurses' Association of Ontario (RPNAO)
