Job Title: Registered Practical Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Registered Practical Nurse to join our team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a Registered Practical Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in an inpatient setting, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide client care by utilizing observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, counseling, and health teaching skills.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Licensed/Registered Practical Nursing Program.
  • Current registration with the provincial licensing body.
  • Demonstrated clinical competencies and positive interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and make sound decisions.
