Financial Services Representative Financial Services Representative

BMO Financial Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized Financial Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Wealth Sales & Service team, you will play a critical role in supporting our Investment Advisors and staff in achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and organize client databases and files to ensure seamless client service.
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to build trust and credibility, promoting a positive client experience.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and ethical requirements to safeguard client assets and maintain confidentiality.
  • Perform administrative tasks under supervision, including problem-solving and escalation when required.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and support the growth of our clients' wealth.
Qualifications:
  • Post-secondary degree in a related field of study is an asset.
  • Basic knowledge and skills in verbal and written communication, organization, and collaboration.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
