Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Conseiller en services clients pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique à BMO Nesbitt Burns. En tant que membre de notre équipe, vous contribuerez à offrir un service exceptionnel à nos clients et à les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs financiers.

Responsabilités
  • Planifier et coordonner les activités de marketing pour les conseillers en placement
  • Coordonner les activités de service client pour les conseillers en placement
  • Effectuer les tâches administratives courantes pour les conseillers en placement
  • Offrir un service client exceptionnel pour soutenir l'atteinte des objectifs d'affaires
  • Collaborer avec les membres de l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs de l'équipe
Compétences requises
  • Expérience professionnelle pertinente et/ou certification dans un domaine connexe
  • Connaissances approfondies des processus et procédures liés aux placements
  • Connaissance avancée des procédures et processus administratifs décrits dans le Manuel d'administration des ventes
  • Connaissance avancée des produits et des services exclusifs permettant de déterminer les produits et les services qui pourraient répondre aux besoins des clients
  • Connaissance des pratiques et de la réglementation en matière de conformité
