About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Scotiabank Contact Centre team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Canadian Banking customers, utilizing your knowledge of our products and services to resolve customer inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized customer service to Canadian Banking customers via phone, ensuring a positive and satisfying experience.
  • Utilize your knowledge of Scotiabank products and services to offer valuable advice and solutions to customers.
  • Identify customer banking needs and provide customized solutions using accessible resources and navigating multiple systems.
  • Respond to customer complaints and walk customers through basic troubleshooting or setup processes.
Requirements
  • Fluency in both English and French.
  • Passion for customer service and experience in customer-focused roles.
  • Self-directed and performance-oriented approach to resolving customer inquiries.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple internal platforms while dealing with customers.
  • High school diploma or recognized equivalent.
