Dental Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Dental Administrator to join our team at 123Dentist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a positive experience for our patients and supporting our dedicated team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting patients and ensuring a warm welcome
- Scheduling and rescheduling appointments with ease
- Communicating with insurance companies and patients regarding medical forms
- Updating patient information and maintaining accurate records
- Performing general office duties such as filing, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
- Collaborating with clinical team members and dentists to ensure seamless patient care
