En étroite collaboration avec la Direction, Capital humain et culture, le ou la Conseiller(ière), Capital humain et culture, aide au développement, à la mise en œuvre et à l'administration de toutes les fonctions des ressources humaines.

PRINCIPALES TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS

· Diriger le recrutement et les entrevues pour tous les postes syndiqués afin d'assurer l'embauche et la rétention de personnel qualifié et efficace;

· Veiller à ce que le personnel soit développé et utilisé au maximum de leur potentiel en contrôlant l'administration et le suivi de tous les programmes de formation;

· Veillez au programme annuel d'évaluation du rendement du personnel;

· Participer à la planification des programmes et des activités de reconnaissance avec le personnel;

· Administrer des politiques et des programmes liés à la gestion de tout le personnel de l'hôtel pour assurer le maintien d'un environnement de travail positif et productif;

· Assurer la conformité avec toutes les lois et réglementations provinciales et fédérales concernant les ressources humaines en examinant les pratiques de gestion actuelles, en mettant en œuvre de nouvelles procédures et en communiquant verbalement et par écrit toute nouvelle exigence;

· Fournir une assistance, un service conseil au personnel de l'hôtel;

· Participer à l'administration des salaires et avantages sociaux;

· Assurer une relève de la Direction, Capital humain et culture, en cas de besoin;

· Coordonner toutes les autres activités de présélection, y compris la vérification du casier judiciaire, des vérifications de références, etc., pour assurer la conformité avec toutes les politiques et procédures de l'entreprise;

· Conseiller les cadres sur les bonnes pratiques en ressources humaines et le respect de la convention collective;

· Effectuer toutes autres tâches liées au travail tel qu'assigné.

· Expérience de minimum 2 ans en ressources humaines;

· Doit avoir la capacité de communiquer en français et en anglais;

· Gardez une apparence et une manière professionnelles en tout temps;

· Bonne connaissance des pratiques et des procédures en matière de ressources humaines ainsi qu'en matière de lois et règlements concernant les questions de ressources humaines;

· Patience, tact et diplomatie;

· Soucis de la confidentialité;

· Pédagogue.
